Your contribution will be

• Managing the team of Legacy and Major Donor Fundraisers on a strategic an operational level 
• Developing and implementing strategies, guidelines and processes for major donor and legacy fundraising 
• Being the contact person for major donors and legacy donors and maintaining contact to important external stakeholders, partners and initiatives
• Implementing a solid reporting system for major donor and legacy fundraising
• Overseeing and controlling budgets for the 1:1 fundraising team
• Representing FOUR PAWS Germany at networking and professional events 

Your profile ideally illustrates

• Several years of relevant experience and/or educational background
• Experience in leading, managing, coordinating, and motivating teams
• Further training in fundraising, e.g. courses at the Fundraising Academy or similar would be an advantage
• Strong communication skills
• Willingness to travel/driver's license
• Fluency in German and English
• Great affinity to animal welfare and FOUR PAWS vision and mission
